How do you learn to love yourself? Everyone remotely enlightened seems to be talking about it. And everyone who looks happy seems to have it.
What is it? How do you have it? How do you love yourself despite all the hard things in life that can slowly chip away at your life?

At risk of sounding like one of those tiny inspirational flip calendars they sell at gift stores people put on display at their Air BnBs to make people feel spiritually connected to their property, I actually think this is one of the most profound questions you could’ve asked. I think it’s the most important quest we go on in our lives. And I don’t think it ever ends.
But it sounds so simple, right? Like, why wouldn’t you love yourself, why wouldn’t you be stoked with who you are, why wouldn’t you feel lucky to be alive?
Um, all the hurtling forces in the world + advertising thriving on making you constantly feel not enough + genetics + environment + CONSTANT CHURNING UNCERTAINTY.
