"Belllll, help. I’m about to be engaged to someone I love so, so much. But I feel like I’m settling. I wanted a big life full of adventure, and I’m still in my hometown working an office job and it feels really small. I don’t know whether to be like, ‘Yeah, this is enough, and I’ll be ok,’ or just admit I actually deserve more and run away and start a new life."
Dear Julia Roberts (Eat Pray Love, going with it),
Wooosh these are some BIG LIFE FEELINGS! I had to pour myself a brandy and dry and sit down with a small candle burning to really think about the best thing to say to you as a 32-year-old lady who’s maybe living out one reality of your dilemma.
Firstly, congrats on finding someone gorge that you truly love, who loves you back, and I can only assume replies to your text messages within 72 hours. A rare and divine thing!
But, you’re thinking, maybe TOO rare… TOO divine… what about that other giant world of possibilities out there?
This is really a question about curiosity.
