Bel. I need to know - why do we care about ambition? I guess more like… why are we meant to care about work so much? I go there each day; I write my emails, I eat my lunch, I get stressed, bored, and sometimes excited, and then I come home and have to make dinner and wait for the weekend. I have student debt to pay off. Places I want to travel to. Cool things I want to buy. But is there a life where I don’t need to care about my job so much?

Ambition is out in 2025.
Ambition is out, trying to be chic and happy (however that manifests for you) is in, and working relentlessly to try and have everything is not the way to go for the next calendar year.
You have to, though, be prepared to forego some things to reach this work state nirvana. Let me explain.
