Nikki Haley's message actually shocked me and not much does that these days.

Thank you! I also wrote about this and I agree with what you’re saying. I just think that whatever it takes, it takes. If it’s performative or AI generated, and if that is what gets the populace going — so be it. There is no place for the ego in resistance & my personal opinion is, we should not care how we get people to understand, but rather that they start to and whatever it takes to do that.

I think the thing with the rafah image is that it’s meant to defy the censored content restrictions so that’s why it’s managed to viral???

That AI picture made me so uncomfortable at first, then it just pissed me off. There are so many Palestinian artists out there, documenting and illustrating the pain day after day, and that's what made it through? What?

We should also acknowledge this figure of “36,000 dead.” When bombs are dropped relentlessly on an area the size of Washington DC, and 1.5 million people live there, how many people die?? No one is accurately keeping track of this. Who’s to say 100,000 or 200,000 aren’t dead?

The moral outrage over signing bombs is stupid. Do people not remember the Allies signing bombs dropped over Germany in World War 2? The 'Hitler Mighty 8' and even the nukes were all signed. But no...we have the internet now and faux outrage and Israel is bad and everything is so bloody binary.

The moral outrage of signing bombs, well depends on who you ask. Drawing a unicorn on it doesn’t make it better, but perhaps the message is the outrage. I mean, “finish them”?! Doesn’t that do something to you?

There were bombs signed to drop on Nazi’s, sure. Bombs were also signed by American soldiers to drop on Viet Cong, which the American populace was appalled because they hit innocent women and children with plenty of horrible documentation thereof. Quite similar to what’s happening now.

The point is, this bomb is signed with the chance of it killing innocent people and children with a potentially added marking from a president candidate is beyond disgusting. This is not the same as marking high school toilet with scribbles of frustration. If Nikki’s message, and medium to “deliver” that message doesn’t piss you off than I’m not sure what binary conclusion you came to.
