We love a good gif <3 also, this is more unrelated, but I feel like I've commented on the newsies a lot this year about how I bring you up probably at least once a week in my Contemporary Rhetoric class. I just finished writing my final paper for it, and in my little imagined relationship with all of you, where we've been on this journey together, I thought maybe you'd like to see it :,) it's about polarization, post-truth (which is like lying from a politician, but worse), and how we can combat it!! I've got a link to a Google Doc with it here if it sounds like something that interests you!! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1slT_JssenpvPLVJkCUACzmyiKjUwIbP_AdoeYyTgklY/edit?usp=sharing

maybe it’s because i’m the only gen z’er in an office full of boomers, but i will never lose my love of gifs. those boomers may be rubbing off on me, and their wild gifs may be the only good thing i get out of it.

I agree, I still love gifs as a form of communication.

Kia ora! You may already know this, but on the Android substack app, the polls don't show (they do in the emails). Could you include a link to the poll separately?

They work in the emails? I usually read on the app then go to my email for the poll (and to see I've seen it!)

Thank you! I stopped email notifications for my substacks, but I guess if I really need the polls I can turn them back on...

I love what you said about GIFs bc as reactions they’re corny but I have gotten into fandoms I love by seeing the GIFs!! It’s so cool to look back on them now knowing what’s happening in each scene 😂
