Must try this soupy - Regarding the weather ( this coming from a uk resident for the past 4 1/2 years) It only gets better for a day or 2 and then back to the rainy gloomy weather - however this time in 2020 it was sunny every other day and you could actually go outside in a dress with no tights (unthinkable right now!!!)

I call this toasted cheese. Grilled cheese is open (so one slice of bread under the griller) and toastie for anything else other than just cheese.
