Saying he "sung" Tūtira Mai Ngā Iwi is a generous way to describe singing the first line, then leaving the rest up to the crowd and talking over the best line 😭

But renumeration would make so much more sense. Sadly, English does not care about making logical sense.

I have been...waiting with bated breath to hear all of the bits, bobs, and bonkers energy from Harry last night! (I'll breathe properly until the diary edish [new faves-y] hits my inbox for the 'fit and that CV episode for The Take™). Hilariously, I've mispronounced all of those words at one point or another in my life too. Having a big lol at the moment reading through them.

It's so kooky bizarre-o to me when I get asks from clients to put together an "authenticity strategy" like, oops, spoiler, please sit down for this doozy of a reveal, that's all of my strategies babes. Like they'll go "We really love how this other overall strategy you did for XYZ campaign worked. Do you think we could do a 'niche', authenticity-centered one?" Definitely not complaining but seeing Bel call it right out to its face in her chime in had me giggling.

Soo I’m going out on a lib rn. Maybe this is funny for all the non native English speakers out there, maybe I have a crappy sense of humor, but every time there is a complicated word in the mundane question poll, i feel like Elmo from the „balsamic vinegar is a big word for Elmo“ meme

I've got a random book rec because I stumbled on this book yesterday during a bookshop mooch, bought it and think its SO up SYSCA's street/vibe/reading habits. Idol, Burning is by Rin Usami, and translated by Asa Yoneda. It focuses on a high school student who is a hardcore stan for a member of a Japanese boy band, and then it comes out he's assaulted a fan. As someone who was a DIE HARD BTS stan up to two years ago (I still like them, I'm just calmer about it now) its a really good look at fandom, adolescence and also mental health.
