as a french reader, I had a good laugh reading Bel's "je nais se quois" ! I think what she was trying to say was "je ne sais quoi" ? but honestly, I like Bel's version better lol
I was shuffled into the school cafeteria as a kid to watch the Challenger space shuttle explode and became unusually obsessed with NASA and space travel.
I was obsessed with ghosts/ghost stories, and in fifth grade (age 10/11ish I think) I convinced a bunch of girls in my class that I could see ghosts and I would lead them around the playground at recess pointing out ghosts I could see/suspicious wisps that might be ghosts and they all played along for MONTHS until I got bored of it and came clean that I had been faking it the whole time and they were relieved bc they thought I could actually see them and were pretending bc they wanted to seem cool (which is so weird bc I was NOT cool at all....) but anyways, I used to research haunted places and famous ghosts and make little reports on them for no one but myself. what an (iconic) weirdo!!!
I was definitely and Ancient Greece/Greek mythology girlie. I also had a hyper fixation on WWII, but just the European side of it. Also when I was in like 4th grade I became a MAJOR weather girlie. I absolutely loved the weather and how it worked.
At first I was like nah, I was not obsessing over anything, BUT then I remembered my major fixation on the Romanovs when I was like 12. The obsession spiked when I went to St. Petersburg and visited all their houses. God! It was amazing. Love this dynasty
Growing up I was *obsessed* with Ancient Egypt and then went through a natural disasters phase (volcanoes, earthquakes, tornados, tsunami, etc.)
