And it’s official, we’re having another Biden vs Trump election
It’s the competition none of us wanted, but maybe we deserved - a repeat of 2020. Biden vs Trump.
This is the first presidential rematch between two U.S. presidents since 1912, and it’s not a very popular one:
There is no longer any doubt that the fall election will feature a rematch between two flawed and unpopular presidents. At 81, Biden is already the oldest president in U.S. history, while the 77-year-old Trump is facing decades in prison as a defendant in four criminal cases.
I would also just like to reiterate that one of the candidates (Trump) is facing 91 felony counts in four criminal cases “involving his handling of classified documents and his attempt to overturn the 2020 election, among other alleged crimes.”

A Romanian court has ruled that Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan can be extradited to the UK
Annoying to be talking about him again, but Andrew Tate (the one who famously blocked SYSCA) and his brother have just found out that they can be extradited to the UK.
They have both been released from custody, but will remain in Romania until after the “conclusion of their separate trial in Romania on human trafficking charges,” a judge ruled.
As a wee reminder: Romanian authorities are investigating separate allegations of rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang - charges the brothers deny.
Andrew Tate told the BBC that "the whole thing is garbage," but… you know.
The US House of Representatives has voted for a TikTok ban
This just in - the House of Representatives has just approved legislation that could ban TikTok in the US.
If it’s approved by the Senate, this means that ByteDance (the Chinese owner of TikTok) “has around six months to sell its stake in the social media platform or face a ban from US app stores.”
And as a reminder, this is all over ‘security concerns.’

The amusing part of Andrew Tate being arrested again is that part of what prompted authorities in the UK to make a move was streamer Adin Ross reading a text message from Tate on stream that said he was planning on leaving Romania and invited Adin to Romania for a week of content before he left... which means not only is Adin stupid enough to read something like that out loud on stream but Tate is stupid enough to send something like that over text.
