Angels!! Huge cute day for me yesterday because I could FINALLY show you all my interview with the cast of Challengers!!! One issue I have is that I fall in love with EVERYONE I meet, and sitting down with this cast (Zendaya, Mike Faist, and Josh O’Connor) was no exception. I’m in so much love.

Some big things happened over the weekend that you already know about but I’m going to put them here anyway:
The film armourer who loaded a live bullet into Alec Baldwin‘s gun on the set of “Rust,” leading to the death of a cinematographer, was sentenced to 18 months in prison
I think I fit most of the story into the headline there, but 26-year-old Hannah Gutierrez Reed, 26, was “convicted in March of involuntary manslaughter after a jury found that her negligence caused the death Halyna Hutchins,” and has, just this morning, been sentenced to the maximum term: 18 months in prison.
There’s been another stabbing in Sydney
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after a disturbing incident at Christ The Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley, Sydney. During a sermon on Monday evening, he allegedly stabbed a bishop and several churchgoers, injuring at least four people, who according to the police do not have life-threatening injuries.
Trump’s hush money trial has begun
Even though it feels like Trump is ALWAYS in court, this actually marks the first time that a US president - former or current - has faced a criminal trial.
All that’s happened so far is that both the legal teams are haggling over what evidence can be used in the trial. Then they’ll pick a jury, and then who the hell knows what’ll happen.
